This page is for people who use Nooby, the self-care companion app made by Gigaverse Games Inc. You can delete your Nooby account and the data in it at any time, in the app or by email. You do not need to have the app installed to ask.
Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest way. It takes effect straight away.
- Open Nooby and open the Menu.
- Go to Profile, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and all the data in it.
Or ask us by email
Use this if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in.
- Email nooby-support@gigaverse.io with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address linked to your Nooby account. If you signed in with Google or Apple, tell us which one and the address it uses.
- We may reply to check that it is really you. We then delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes it and the data tied to it: your email address or Google or Apple sign-in identifier; your display name; your goals, quests, reflections, mood check-ins and notes; your companion, its name, items and progress; your streaks, energy, noobits and other in-app currency; your friends list; the messages you sent to the goal assistant; and your push-notification token.
Your account is closed immediately and this data is deleted from our systems within 30 days. It cannot be undone or restored.
What we keep, and for how long
Purchase and subscription records for Nooby Plus, which we must keep for legal, tax and accounting reasons, for as long as the law requires. They do not include your card details, which we never receive.
Analytics events, crash reports and masked session replays collected before you deleted your account stay with our analytics providers for a limited period and are then deleted or aggregated. Server logs are kept for a short time for security and debugging.
Records of your deletion request itself, and anything we need to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation, for as long as that requires.
Before you delete
Deleting your account does not cancel Nooby Plus. Cancel it first in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings, or you will keep being charged.
If you never linked an email, Google account or Apple ID, your progress lives only on your device. Deleting the app removes it.
If you want some of your data deleted but want to keep your account, or want a copy of your data first, email us and say what you need.
